Victoria Newell, President of J & J Newell Concrete, has been leading with extensive knowledge in concrete construction, for over 14 years. Incorporated in 1960, we have merged a wealth of experience and skill into a company that has earned a remarkable reputation as a leading concrete company in Illinois and Northwest Indiana. J & J Newell specializes in municipal projects which include concrete removal and replacement, saw cutting, excavation as well as rebar placement in roadways and public works projects.
